Privacy Policy

1. Overview

DateBoost is designed to be privacy-first. You can use the service without creating an account. We collect the minimum data needed to run the service, and we do not sell your data to anyone.

2. What We Collect

  • Content you submit for analysis — dating profile screenshots, chat screenshots, and photos you upload. These are processed by AI to generate your feedback and are not permanently stored. Uploaded content is automatically deleted after analysis.
  • IP address (hashed) — used only to enforce the free daily usage limit (3 analyses per day). We store a one-way hash, not the raw address.
  • Payment details — if you subscribe, payments are processed by our payment processor. We only receive your email address and subscription status. We never see or store your card number.
  • Technical data — anonymous, cookieless analytics (page views) to understand aggregate usage.

3. AI Processing

To generate feedback, your submitted content is sent to our third-party AI providers for analysis. These providers process the content to return results and do not use it to train their models. Content is not retained after the analysis completes.

4. Cookies

DateBoost uses no advertising or tracking cookies. If you subscribe, we set a single cookie on your browser that stores your purchase credential — this is how we recognize your Pro subscription without requiring a login. Clearing your cookies does not cancel your subscription; you can restore access anytime with the email address used at checkout.

5. Data Retention

  • Uploaded images and text: deleted after analysis
  • Rate-limiting records (hashed IP + date): kept only for the current day
  • Subscription records (email + status): kept while your subscription is active, and for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes

6. Your Rights

You can request deletion of your subscription record at any time by emailing us. Since we do not maintain user accounts, there is no other personal data to delete.

7. Children

DateBoost is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed at children.
