DateBoost is an AI-powered web application that provides feedback on dating profiles, chat conversations, and outfit choices. The service is provided by an individual operator. By using DateBoost you agree to these terms.

2. Free Tier and Subscriptions

• Free tier: 3 analyses per day per visitor.
• Pro subscription: $14.99 per week or $39.99 per month for unlimited analyses, billed through our payment processor.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• No account is required. Your subscription is linked to the email address used at checkout and a credential stored in your browser.

3. AI-Generated Content

All feedback is generated by artificial intelligence. Suggestions are for informational and entertainment purposes only and may not be accurate or suitable for your specific situation. You are solely responsible for your decisions and interactions with others. DateBoost does not guarantee any dating outcomes.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not upload content you do not have the right to use (e.g. photos of people who have not consented to being analyzed).
• Do not use the service to harass, stalk, or harm anyone.
• Do not attempt to circumvent usage limits or abuse the service.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use DateBoost.

5. Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your subscription, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a refund. Refunds for renewals are handled case by case at our discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
